Took this video on the St. Petersburg Pier in April and i can’t stop thinking about it. The commotion of the ocean and the bold kid leaning over the edge with the wind in their hair. I reimagined it with the sky of many of the golden skies i’ve seen on the pier, where i used to do many early sunrise runs and sunset wine walks when i lived downtown. I painted only the kid because i wanted to capture how they might have felt, like the only person in the world
